Easy to Operate, Built for Heavy-Duty Use
The Easy Lift design uses a single gas strut to assist with raising and lowering the barrier arm. This provides smooth, controlled movement while allowing the barrier to be operated by one person.
Unlike traditional counterbalanced barriers, the gas strut system removes the need for large counterbalance weights, helping to keep the barrier easy to operate while retaining the strength required for wider access points.
The fully welded construction also eliminates the need for a bolt-together barrier assembly, providing a robust solution that is factory assembled and tested before despatch.

Where Can a Manual Arm Barrier Be Used?
A heavy-duty manual arm barrier is suitable for controlling vehicle access where a powered automatic barrier is not required.
Common applications include:
- Car parks – control vehicle entry and exit
- Commercial premises – restrict access outside operating hours
- Industrial sites – control access to yards and working areas
- Warehouses and distribution sites – manage vehicle movements
- Private roads and entrances – prevent unauthorised vehicle access
- Service yards – control access to restricted areas
- Construction sites – provide temporary or permanent vehicle access control
- Residential developments – restrict access to private parking areas
The manual design makes the barrier particularly suitable for sites where vehicle access does not need to be automated or where a simple, reliable access control solution is preferred.
